Education Requirement : 15 years full-time education

Summary : We are seeking an experienced Application Developer with expertise in O9 Solutions to design, build, and configure applications that meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop innovative solutions, and ensure applications are aligned with business objectives. The role involves problem-solving, participating in key decisions, and delivering high-quality applications on time.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for O9 Solutions.

- Collaborate with and manage the team to achieve project goals.

- Take responsibility for critical team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to cross-functional decisions.

- Provide problem-solving support across teams.

- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of features.

Professional & Technical Skills :

Must-Have :

- Proficiency in O9 Solutions with at least 8 years of relevant experience.

- Strong understanding of application development methodologies.

- Experience integrating applications with existing systems.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.

- Familiarity with agile development practices.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of Network Analysis (NA).

Additional Information : This position is based in Pune, India.
