Job Location : Gurugram / Ahmedabad

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Work independently and evolve as an SME.

- Actively contribute in team meetings and discussions.

- Resolve work-related technical issues and provide solutions.

- Document application specifications and user manuals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements.

- Proficient in Customer Care and Billing (CCB), Meter Data Management (MDM), and Technical Design Documentation (TDD).

- Participate in project phases : Design, Build, Test, Deploy.

- Develop complex integrations across on-premise and cloud applications.

- Handle defect resolution, root cause analysis, and implementation (L1/L2) support.

- Engage with vendor support for issue resolution.

- Work closely with customers, PMs, and architects.

- Proficiency in OUAF components such as :

a. Groovy scripts

b. Batch processing

c. Case, Service Task, UI Map

d. Business Service, Zone, Portal

e. Business Object, IWS, Outbound

- Algorithm, Customer Service Type/Process Flow

- Perform performance tuning and adhere to coding standards.

- Proficient in Oracle Database and SQL Server.

Professional & Technical Skills :

- Mandatory : Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM)

- Strong knowledge of application development methodologies

- Experience in database management and integration

- Familiarity with debugging and software testing

- Ability to convert user requirements into technical documentation

Additional Information :

- This role is based in Gurugram or Ahmedabad.

- Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in Oracle Utilities MDM.

- 15 years full-time education is mandatory.
