Job Title : Application Support Engineer SAP BRIM Contract Accounting (FI-CA)

Experience Required : Minimum 8 years

Education : 15 years of full-time education (Bachelors Degree or equivalent required)

Certifications : Preferred in relevant SAP modules or ITIL

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer with deep expertise in SAP BRIM Contract Accounting (FI-CA). This role is critical for ensuring the continuous functionality of enterprise-level systems and involves identifying, analyzing, and resolving software-related issues in real-time business environments. The ideal candidate should be capable of operating as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating across multiple teams and ensuring high system

availability.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Serve as an SME and lead technical problem resolution across multiple teams.

- Own team-level decisions and contribute to enterprise-level support strategies.

- Identify, investigate, and resolve application issues promptly.

- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions to avoid recurrence.

- Conduct regular system performance audits and resolve bottlenecks.

- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents.

- Document issue resolution steps, knowledge articles, and preventive procedures.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong expertise in SAP BRIM Contract Accounting (FI-CA) and SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing (CI).

- In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Hands-on experience with ITIL processes in an enterprise support setting.

- Proficiency in application support, system troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

- Good command of SQL and database query languages.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience in SAP BRIM CI configuration and customization.

- Familiarity with incident management platforms like ServiceNow or JIRA.
