Job Title :

Mid Level Azure Communication Services Engineer (57 yrs)

Location : Hybrid across PAN?India

Experience : 57 years in relevant roles working with Azure cloud services and communication-focused integrations.

Core Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and integrate solutions using Azure Communication Services.

- Manage real?time communication features : chat, voice, video, SMS, etc.

- Implement APIs, manage authentication via Azure Active Directory and Key Vault.

- Integrate communication services with serverless components like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and APIM.

- Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.

- Collaborate with architects, product teams, and QA to deliver scalable, secure, high?availability solutions.

Required Skills :

- Hands on with Azure Communication Services (chat, voice, video, SMS).

- Strong development experience in .NET Core (C#) or equivalent.

- Proficiency with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIM, Event Grid, REST APIs.

- Familiarity with OAuth, Managed Identities, Azure Key Vault for secure integrations.

- Solid understanding of CI/CD workflows in Azure DevOps or Git-based pipelines.

- Good knowledge of database integration (SQL or Cosmos DB).

- Understanding of communication security, compliance, and real-time application best practices.

Desired Qualifications :

- Azure certifications, e.g., Azure Developer Associate (AZ?204) or AZ?104/305, are a plus.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools like JIRA.

- Previous exposure to WebRTC, video conferencing integrations, or SDK-based development is beneficial.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

- Clear, proactive communication and teamwork in cross-functional settings.

- Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to architecture/design reviews.
