Backend Developer - Java/Python

key Roles and Responsibilities :

Server-Side Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance server-side logic and APIs that power our applications.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to development best practices and standards.

Collaboration & Integration :

- Collaborate effectively with front-end developers, product managers, and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with the backend logic.

- Participate actively in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.

Troubleshooting & Performance :

- Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues.

- Ensure the overall stability and optimal performance of the backend systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 4+ years of professional experience in backend development.

- Education : Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree.

- Core Coding Languages (Must-Have) : Strong, demonstrable experience in either Java or Python.

- Experience with both languages is a significant advantage.

- Experience with C++ is also acceptable as an alternative backend focus.

Work Mode : Willingness to work from our Hyderabad office (This is a required in-office position).
