Chief Technology Officer - Full Stack Technologies

About the Role :

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer with hands-on technical mastery in modern full-stack development, including .NET, Python, Angular, and React. This role blends strategic leadership with deep technical execution, ensuring our technology roadmap aligns with business goals while maintaining engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Technology Strategy & Vision :

- Define and execute the companys technology roadmap in alignment with business objectives.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and drive innovation to maintain competitive advantage.

Hands-On Technical Leadership :

- Architect, design, and review scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

- Actively contribute to coding, prototyping, and troubleshooting when needed.

Full-Stack Development Oversight :

- Lead teams in building applications using .NET Core, Python, Angular, React, and related frameworks.

- Ensure best practices in microservices, API design, DevOps, and cloud-native architectures.

Team Leadership & Mentoring :

- Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing engineering teams.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.

Operational Excellence :

- Oversee software development lifecycle, from requirements to deployment.

- Implement robust security, compliance, and quality assurance processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Partner with product, design, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.

- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from Tier-1 college.

Experience :

- 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.

- Proven hands-on expertise in .NET Core, Python, Angular, React, and full-stack development.

- Strong background in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and DevOps practices.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).

- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and security best practices.

Leadership Skills :

- Exceptional communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

- Track record of scaling engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
