We are looking for a Cyber Security Senior Analyst with hands-on expertise in managing CyberArk SaaS Privilege Cloud and its infrastructure components. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in privileged access management (PAM), onboarding processes, troubleshooting, and system integrations across Windows and Linux environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage CyberArk Privilege Cloud infrastructure and components.

- Perform onboarding of privileged accounts via REST API, manual, and bulk processes.

- Create and manage CyberArk safes, accounts, and platforms; configure platform linking.

- Monitor and control privileged account access to target systems using PSM and PSMP.

- Configure and maintain secure integrations with external authentication services (LDAP/S, RADIUS, etc.).

- Troubleshoot configuration, connectivity, and load-balancing issues in the PAM environment.

- Perform regular patching and maintenance of CyberArk components, including Vault servers.

- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain security and compliance best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in CyberArk SaaS Privilege Cloud.

- Strong knowledge of Tenant Management, Secure Tunnel, and Cloud Connectors.

- Experience in privileged account onboarding and lifecycle management.

- Expertise in LDAP, Active Directory Federation, and external authentication protocols.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting error messages and PAM logs.

- Hands-on experience in Linux (Red Hat 7/8) and Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) environments.

- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, SaaS environments, and IT infrastructure management.

Nice to Have :

- CyberArk certifications (e.g., Defender, Sentry)

- Experience in cloud security and hybrid environment setups.

- Knowledge of scripting for automation and REST API integrations.
