Data Scientist - Machine Learning

Job Description :

We are looking for a Data Scientist who is passionate about solving complex enterprise problems using advanced data science principles, machine learning, and Gen AI. You will be responsible for model development, data processing, integration with business systems, and deployment.

Youll work on high-impact projects, including the TIARA ChatBot for managing personal trading policy queries, with global expansion and integrations.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement data mining protocols and ML models

- Drive analytics projects: visualization, anomaly detection, regressions, classifiers, etc.

- Work on Gen AI with LLMs and RAG techniques for scalable chatbot solutions

- Ensure data quality from structured/unstructured sources

- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights

- Guide junior Data Scientists and review deliverables

- Automate responses and integrate with shared mailboxes (GAIT, CEMS platforms)

- Design deployment architecture and enable CI/CD pipelines

- Provide post-production support and documentation

Must-Have :

- B.Tech/B.S. in STEM/Economics

- Strong knowledge of ML/statistics (regressions, recommenders, etc.)

- Good communication & stakeholder management

Good to Have :

- Data visualization skills (Tableau, Seaborn, Matplotlib, etc.)

- Experience in Agile SDLC

- Familiarity with ServiceNow and JIRA
