About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our analytics and AI/ML team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing large volumes of structured and unstructured data, building predictive and prescriptive models, and delivering actionable insights to drive business value.
Youll work across cross-functional teams to solve real-world problems using advanced data science techniques.
Key Responsibilities :
- Extract, clean, and preprocess data from various sources (SQL, APIs, data lakes, etc.) for analytical use.
- Build and deploy machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, recommendation, NLP, and/or time-series forecasting.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering to support model development.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Plotly to present insights.
- Work with Data Engineers and MLOps teams to deploy and maintain models in production.
- Continuously monitor model performance and retrain/update models as needed.
- Communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- 3+ years of professional experience in a Data Scientist or similar role.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn) and/or R.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms and model evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch) is a plus.
- Experience with version control (Git), and workflow automation tools like Airflow or MLflow.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Big Data tools (Spark, Hadoop) is desirable
