Timings : 7PM -12AM.

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Dialogflow CX Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent conversational agents using Google Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, GCP services, and Dialogflow CX configuration, along with a solid understanding of machine learning and cloud deployment practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement conversational workflows using Dialogflow CX.

- Develop and deploy backend services using Python (Flask, Pandas, Containers).

- Build and manage applications using GCP services like Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Scheduler.

- Integrate conversational agents with external systems and APIs.

- Implement and manage data pipelines using BigQuery.

- Work with CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment.

- Apply prompting techniques for NLP and AI-driven conversations.

- Follow software design patterns to write scalable and maintainable code.

- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and cloud architects.

Required Skills :

Strong hands-on experience with :

- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud Scheduler.

- Python Flask, Pandas, Containers, Intermediate-level coding.

- Dialogflow CX Configuration and conversation design.

Good understanding of :

- Machine Learning concepts.

- BigQuery for data analysis.

- CI/CD tools and workflows.

- Prompting techniques for conversational models.

- Design patterns for backend and AI applications.

Nice to Have :

- Experience integrating Dialogflow with external APIs or enterprise systems.

- Knowledge of LLMs and advanced NLP techniques.

- Google Cloud certification.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
