About the Role :
We are looking for a talented Front-End Developer to join our Data Science team focused on evolving traditional investment research into a Quantamental approach.
This role involves building responsive, data-driven dashboards and internal tools that directly support portfolio managers and traders with real-time insights and analytics.
You'll work closely with backend engineers, data scientists, and researchers to develop intuitive UIs and visualizations that drive better investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop responsive front-end applications and dashboards for internal use.
- Translate business and functional requirements into elegant, user-friendly interfaces.
- Collaborate with backend/data teams to ensure seamless data integration and optimized performance.
- Contribute to ETL pipeline support for ingesting diverse financial datasets.
- Partner with quantitative teams to build real-time, interactive dashboards.
- Build and maintain a data visualization toolkit for internal analytics.
Required Skills :
- Frontend Frameworks : Proficient in React.js or Next.js.
- Strong in UI/UX principles, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with frontend architecture, state management, and performance tuning.
- Ability to take end-to-end ownership of the frontend delivery.
Good-to-Have Skills :
- Experience with charting/visual libraries like ag-Grid, Highcharts, or similar.
- Familiarity with Docker and frontend deployment workflows.
Preferred Background :
- Candidates with experience in product-based or technology-driven organizations.
- Exposure to financial analytics, trading tools, or dashboard platforms is a plus.
