Full Stack Engineer - React.js/Python

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience, specializing in Python and AI/ML, complemented by strong React.js capabilities. This is a critical role for an immediate 2-month MVP project focused on AI/ML predictive analysis, particularly in financial or risk assessment domains.

While UI skills are valued, the core focus for this MVP is on backend Python development and advanced AI/ML model implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Development :

- Build robust and scalable backend systems using Python, ensuring high performance and reliability for AI/ML model integration and data processing.

Data Integration :

- Work with various data sources to collect, process, and prepare data for model training and inference.

Frontend Contribution :

- Utilize React.js knowledge to contribute to the user interface, primarily focusing on displaying model outputs and user interactions.

Rapid Prototyping :

- Drive rapid development cycles for the MVP, delivering accurate and impactful model outputs within tight deadlines.

Problem Solving :

- Debug and optimize AI/ML models and backend services for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Collaboration :

- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.

Core Backend :

- Strong expertise in Python for backend development.

AI/ML Focus :

- Significant hands-on experience in AI/ML model development, including predictive analysis.

- Candidates with a background in financial or risk assessment modeling are highly preferred.

Frontend Basics

- Proficiency in React.js for frontend development.

Strong Fundamentals :

- Excellent knowledge of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
