Full Stack Engineer - React.js/Python

Job Title : React + Python Full Stack Engineer.

Location : Bangalore (On-site/Hybrid as per project requirement).

Contract Duration : 6 Months (Extendable).

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack Engineer with strong proficiency in React.js and Python. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of modern frontend and backend technologies, with experience building complex UIs and scalable backend systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React.js.

- Implement complex UI features and integrate AI tools like Cursor or similar where needed.

- Style applications using Tailwind CSS.

- Write clean, efficient, and scalable backend services using Python with Django or Flask.

- Build and integrate RESTful APIs.

- Manage workflows and data pipelines using Apache Airflow.

- Write optimized SQL queries and work with relational databases.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers and data scientists.

- Ensure high code quality, performance, and responsiveness.

- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Skills Required :

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js.

- Proficiency with JavaScript fundamentals.

- Experience working on heavy UI frontends.

- Knowledge of Tailwind CSS or similar CSS frameworks.

- Backend experience in Python with Django or Flask.

- API development and integration.

- Familiarity with Airflow and SQL.

- Exposure to Cursor or any other AI tool (preferred).

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Prior experience in a contract-based or fast-paced development environment.
