Job Title : Finacle Support - L3
Experience : 11- 15 years
Notice period : 15 days immediate joiners

Key Responsibilities Summary :
- Support Finacle 10.x modules : Branch Operations; CASA; TD; Loans; Trade Finance; Lockers; Alternate Delivery Channels (SWIFT, Clearing, Utility Payments, Financial Inclusion)
- Conduct fatal error analysis, application log review, and application service monitoring
- Log vendor/internal calls, follow up, escalate where needed
- Provide regular status updates; execute maintenance activities per checklist
- Support UAT, coordinate fixes/releases to T&D and production (CMA process)
- Plan and execute backup, recovery, and DC-DR tasks
- Document and publish meeting minutes following bank/vendor discussions

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with proactive mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management, capable of vendor/bank coordination
- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple teams and shifts, handle escalations, and maintain a high execution focus.
Mandatory Certifications (at least one) :
- ITIL 4 Professional
- PRINCE2 Practitioner
- PMP Certification.
