Microstrategy Developer - Dashboard Design

Role : MSTR Developer

Experience Range : 3+ years (up to 10 years can be considered).

Location : Pune (Kharadi).

Duration : 3 months (Extendable).

Top 3 Skills Required :

- Strong experience in MicroStrategy with the Semantic and Attribute layer.

- Expertise in MSTR dossiers and RSD for designing and creating reports/documents.

- Experience handling large volumes of data.

Detailed Job Description :

- Design, develop, and deploy MicroStrategy dashboards, dossiers, reports, and visualizations to support business needs.

- Build semantic layers, metrics, attributes, filters, and custom groups in MicroStrategy.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate reporting requirements into

technical solutions.

- Optimize dashboard performance and ensure scalability and user-friendliness.

- Maintain and enhance existing MicroStrategy projects and objects.

- Work with data engineers to ensure seamless integration with data sources and warehouses.

- Perform unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure data accuracy and

functionality.

- Provide production support and resolve reporting issues in a timely manner.

- Document technical design, report logic, and development processes.
