Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant Compensation Lead to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in the Compensation module, and a solid understanding of full-cycle implementation projects.
This role requires strong functional expertise, the ability to lead requirement workshops, and deliver end-to-end Oracle Cloud solutions for Compensation management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation module implementations.
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with stakeholders to understand current business processes.
- Analyze and map as-is and to-be processes in alignment with Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities.
- Collaborate with business users to design and document functional specifications.
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules to support Compensation business requirements.
- Design and review enhancements, custom interfaces, and reports as per client needs.
- Provide guidance and support to team members and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Work with both small and large teams, managing multiple stakeholders.
- Participate in all phases of the implementation lifecycle from planning to go-live support.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 812 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with a specialization in Compensation.
- Proven experience in at least 23 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Strong knowledge of business processes related to Compensation Management.
- Ability to conduct and lead functional workshops and client meetings.
- Skilled in preparing functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and test scenarios.
- Experience designing complex customizations, reports, and integrations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and lead functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (Compensation Module).
- Experience working with multi-country rollouts or global implementations.
- Exposure to other Oracle HCM modules like Core HR, Benefits, or Talent Management.
