MonoSpear Technologies - Oracle APEX Developer

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Oracle APEX Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Oracle Application Express (APEX). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Oracle database development, PL/SQL, and building responsive applications that integrate seamlessly with Oracle back-end systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle APEX applications based on business requirements.

- Design and implement interactive reports, forms, and dashboards within the APEX environment.

- Write efficient PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers to support application functionality.

- Perform data modeling, database design, and tuning to optimize performance.

- Collaborate with business analysts, DBAs, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of APEX applications.

- Provide application support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.

- Follow software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices including code reviews, version

control, and documentation.

- Stay updated with the latest Oracle APEX features and best practices.

Technical Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience in Oracle APEX (version 5.x or later) development.

- Proficient in PL/SQL, SQL tuning, and Oracle database concepts.

- Experience with Oracle database administration and optimization.

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery to enhance APEX applications.

- Knowledge of RESTful web services integration with APEX.

- Understanding of Oracle APEX security models and application deployment.

- Experience with version control tools such as Git.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
