MonoSpear Technologies - Oracle EPM Techno-Functional Consultant - ARCS Modules

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle EPM ARCS, with a focus on Transaction Matching functionality.

- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.

- Develop and maintain Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and Technical Design Documents (TDDs).

- Design and implement integrations between Oracle EPM and source/target systems using tools such as Data Management, EPM Integration Agent, or REST APIs.

- Participate in solution design, testing, user training, and deployment phases of the project lifecycle.

- Perform hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of EPM modules.

- Ensure data accuracy and consistency through reconciliation and validation processes.

- Provide post-implementation support and enhancements as needed.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and external partners to ensure solution alignment with business goals.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in information systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

- 6+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud, with at least 3+ years focused on ARCS Transaction Matching.

- Strong techno-functional knowledge of Oracle EPM suite, especially Account Reconciliation, Data Management, and Integration techniques.

- Proficiency in documenting Functional and Technical Design Documents.

- Experience with integration tools such as EPM Automate, FDMEE, REST APIs, and flat file integrations.

- Solid understanding of finance/accounting principles and reconciliation processes.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
