Job Title : Oracle Fusion Inventory & Costing Consultant.

Job Summary :


We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Inventory & Costing Consultant to join our ERP team.
The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of strong hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Inventory and Cost Management modules.

You will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting key inventory and costing functions that are integral to supply chain operations and financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities :


- Configure and maintain Inventory Organizations, sub-inventories, locators, item masters, and item attributes to support business operations and reporting requirements.

- Manage end-to-end inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and inventory adjustments.

- Set up and administer Cost Organizations, Cost Books, Valuation Structures, Cost Elements, and Cost Profiles (Standard, Actual, FIFO).

- Oversee inventory control processes such as cycle counting, physical inventory, and ABC classification to maintain inventory accuracy and audit compliance.

- Execute and validate cost accounting functions including landed cost calculations, intercompany pricing, and inventory valuation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Finance to ensure cohesive system integration and business continuity.

- Perform monthly and annual close activities, including cost roll-ups, COGS calculations, and inventory reconciliations.

- Analyze cost and inventory variances, resolve functional issues, and deliver ongoing support and training to business users.

- Document configurations, test cases, and end-user training materials; maintain best practices and change control processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications :


- 5- 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory and Costing modules.

- Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud configurations related to inventory and cost management.

- Strong understanding of inventory transactions, costing methods (Standard, Actual, FIFO), and valuation concepts.


- Experience in month-end close activities and reconciliation in an Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.

- Ability to analyze and resolve complex business and system issues independently.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with business stakeholders and cross functional teams.

- Experience in end-to-end implementations or large-scale Oracle Cloud upgrades is a plus.

- Oracle Cloud certification in Inventory or Cost Management is preferred.
