Position Title : Oracle Fusion WMS Consultant

Shift Timings : 4.30 PM to 1 AM

Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion WMS Consultant to lead the implementation, support, and optimization of Oracle Cloud Warehouse Management System (WMS) modules. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM with a focus on WMS, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive warehouse efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion WMS implementations including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and support.

- Configure Oracle WMS modules (Inventory, Receiving, Shipping, Warehouse Operations, Mobile Supply Chain).

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to map requirements and optimize warehouse processes.

- Develop functional design documents and support technical development teams in integration and customization.

- Perform data migration using FBDI, ADFDI, and manage UAT cycles.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during project lifecycle and post-go-live.

- Provide training and support to end users and super users.

- Work closely with Oracle support (SRs) to resolve product issues.

- Stay updated on Oracle quarterly updates and assess impacts on existing solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle SCM Cloud with specialization in WMS.

- Expertise in Oracle Cloud Inventory, Receiving, Shipping, and related modules.

- Experience with integration tools (e.g., OIC, SOA, REST APIs) and mobile/RF device configuration.

- Strong knowledge of business processes in manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain domains.

- Proven track record of at least 23 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud WMS implementations.

- Experience in creating BR100s, MD50s, test scripts, and training documentation.

- Functional and technical troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Oracle Cloud SCM or WMS Certification

- Experience with related modules like Order Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing

- Exposure to agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA)
