Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Oracle PeopleSoft Consultant with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PeopleSoft modules and a strong understanding of business processes across Finance, HRMS, or Campus Solutions. You will work on implementation, upgrade, and support projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement Oracle PeopleSoft solutions based on business requirements.

- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement within PeopleSoft modules (e.g., HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions).

- Perform technical and functional activities including system configuration, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.

- Provide production support and troubleshooting, including performance tuning and issue resolution.

- Assist in system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance activities.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

- 38 years of hands-on experience with Oracle PeopleSoft (HRMS, FSCM, or other modules).

- Proficiency in PeopleTools (Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, etc.).

- Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and integration technologies.

- Experience in upgrades, customizations, and end-to-end implementations.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work model.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Experience working in Agile project environments.

- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud or migration from PeopleSoft to Cloud is a plus.
