Job Title : Functional Consultant Manager Oracle SCM (Manufacturing)

Location : India-Remote 11am to 8pm

Start Date : Immediate

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant Manager level, with a strong background in Manufacturing (MFG) processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the implementation, support, and enhancement of Oracle SCM Cloud applications, particularly within the Manufacturing modules. The role requires extensive experience with key manufacturing functions and integration with third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage Oracle SCM Cloud Manufacturing (MFG) implementations.

- Configure and support modules including :

1. Work Orders

2. Work Order Completions

3. Work Definitions

4. Dispatch List

5. Material Usage and Scrap

6. Quality Management

7. Labor and Equipment Usage

- Understand and document business requirements; translate them into Oracle SCM Cloud solutions.

- Collaborate with technical teams to design and test integrations with third-party systems to source and transmit key manufacturing data.

- Provide subject matter expertise in manufacturing execution processes and Oracle SCM best practices.

- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfers for key stakeholders and end-users.

- Manage project deliverables, timelines, and resource planning in alignment with client expectations.

- Support UAT, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization phases.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in Oracle SCM with at least 5 years in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing.

- Strong functional knowledge in Oracle Manufacturing modules and their integration with Inventory, Quality, and Costing.

- Proven experience in end-to-end implementation and/or support of Oracle SCM Cloud.

- Experience integrating Oracle SCM with external/third-party systems.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Oracle Cloud Certification in SCM or Manufacturing.

- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.

- Prior experience in a consulting role with client-facing responsibilities.
