Job Title : Specialized AI Tester.

Preferred Location : Hyderabad or Bangalore (Any USI India).

Experience Required : 6- 10 Years.

Work Timings : 11 : 00 AM - 8 : 00 PM IST.

Work Mode : Hybrid (Minimum 2 days from office).

Role overview :

We are looking for a Specialized QA Engineer with a strong understanding of non-deterministic system testing, particularly in AI-driven conversational flows such as chatbots. This role is ideal for someone who can think beyond traditional QA and is excited to work at the intersection of automation and AI.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for AI-powered conversational systems.

- Identify and cover edge cases and unpredictable user behavior in non-deterministic flows.

- Develop automated test suites and reusable frameworks for validating AI models.

- Work closely with development teams to enhance AI system performance and reliability.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders in a client-facing role.

Required Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience testing non-deterministic or AI-driven systems (e., chatbots, virtual assistants).

- Strong background in automation testing and performance analysis.

- Proficient in scripting languages (e., Python, JavaScript, etc.) for automation.

- Familiarity with AI/ML testing methodologies (added advantage).

- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and client interaction
