Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer with extensive experience in building scalable web applications and APIs using the latest .NET technologies. As a senior member of our development team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade software solutions that align with business goals. This position demands a deep understanding of the .NET ecosystem, strong problem-solving abilities, and leadership in technical execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end development of web applications and RESTful APIs using .NET 8, C#, and ASP.NET Core.

- Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services.

- Guide and mentor junior developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and best practice sharing.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, QA engineers, and UI/UX teams to deliver robust solutions.

- Analyze and optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Take ownership of technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.

- Troubleshoot critical production issues and ensure system uptime and data integrity.

- Champion Agile practices and contribute to continuous improvement of team workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development with a focus on enterprise applications.

- Expert-level proficiency in .NET 8, C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework.

- Strong experience in SQL Server database development, including stored procedures and query optimization.

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software development principles.

- Working knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is an advantage.

- Familiarity with Agile development tools like JIRA, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to delivering quality solutions.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

- Willingness to work in the 3 : 00 PM 12 : 00 AM IST shift.
