MonoSpear Technologies - Syteline Functional Consultant - SCM/Finance Module

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Syteline Functional Consultant with deep domain knowledge in either Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Finance modules.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in requirement gathering, solution design, process improvements, and supporting ongoing enhancements of the Infor Syteline ERP system.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as the subject matter expert for SCM or Finance modules in Syteline.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and map them to ERP functionalities.

- Configure Syteline ERP to meet business process needs.

- Work with technical teams to design and implement customizations, integrations, and reports.

- Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.

- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and rollout activities.

- Identify process gaps and propose system-based solutions to improve efficiency.

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of experience in Infor Syteline ERP as a functional consultant.

- Strong functional knowledge in SCM (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Planning) or Finance (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Costing).

- Experience in full lifecycle ERP implementations and post-go-live support.

- Ability to interact with business users, understand their pain points, and provide practical solutions.

- Familiarity with change management, UAT, and documentation processes.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to Syteline cloud deployments or Infor CloudSuite Industrial.

- Basic understanding of technical concepts (IDOs, Mongoose framework).

- Experience working in manufacturing or discrete production environments.
