Key Responsibilities :

- Dynamics 365 Development : Lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM environments.

- Custom Integration & Development : Develop complex custom integrations and build solutions from scratch using C# .NET.

- Client-Side Scripting : Develop and maintain client-side scripting using JavaScript to enhance user experience and implement business logic.

- Backend Development : Utilize .NET (C#) for plugin development, custom workflows, and other server-side logic within Dynamics 365.

- MVC Architecture : Apply principles of MVC (Model-View-Controller) in solution design and development where applicable.

- Troubleshooting & Optimization : Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring optimal performance and stability of Dynamics 365 applications.

- Technical Design : Contribute to technical design discussions, providing insights and recommendations for scalable and efficient solutions.

- Code Quality : Ensure high-quality code through adherence to best practices, coding standards, and participation in code reviews.

- Collaboration : Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed solutions and configurations.

Mandatory Skills :

- Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM : Extensive hands-on development and configuration experience with Dynamics 365 (CRM applications).

- .NET (C#) : Strong proficiency in C# .NET for developing custom plugins, workflows, integrations, and building solutions from scratch.

- JavaScript : In-depth knowledge and practical experience with JavaScript for client-side customizations.

- MVC : Understanding and application of the MVC architectural pattern.

- Custom Integration : Proven experience in designing and implementing custom integrations with Dynamics 365.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 6-9 years of dedicated experience as an MS Dynamics 365 Developer.

- Technical Acumen : Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, capabilities, and best practices.

- Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical solutions and collaborate effectively.

- Team Player : Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

- Shift Flexibility : Willingness and ability to work in UK Shift timings.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
