Location : Remote.

Shift Timings : 2pm-11pm.

Skillset : Cisco, Pfsense Firewalls,Level 2(Preference).

Certification : CCNA-L1/L2.

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in networking technologies, certifications such as CCNA or CCNP, and a strong understanding of Cisco products.

This role demands a proactive individual capable of maintaining, improving, and troubleshooting complex network systems while adhering to the highest standards of reliability and security.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain network systems, including Cisco MCUs, CMS, and VQCM.

- Configure and manage Cisco and Pfsense firewalls to ensure robust network security.

- Monitor and analyze network performance using tools such as Nagios and Graylog servers.

- Administer and maintain virtualization platforms like Proxmox.

- Set up and manage remote network access solutions such as Cisco-any connect and Perimeter81.

- Provide technical support for Azure/O365 and cloud infrastructure.

- Maintain and troubleshoot Windows machines and Active Directory environments.

- Collaborate with the IT support team to address and resolve issues through the ticketing system.

- Manage and optimize VMware environments for performance and reliability.

Required Qualifications :

- CCNA or CCNP certification.

- Proven experience with Cisco products, including MCUs, CMS, VQCM, and firewalls.

- Experience with Pfsense firewalls and Graylog servers.

- Knowledge of virtualization technologies like Proxmox.

- Understanding of remote access solutions such as Perimeter81.

- Basic knowledge on Azure/O365 and cloud infrastructures.

- Proficiency in managing and supporting Windows machines.

- Knowledge of Active Directory environments and related administrative tasks.

- Experience in VMware configuration and troubleshooting.

- Familiarity with IT support workflows and ticketing systems.
