Job Description

Job Title : Oracle Fusion Financial Consultant.

Location : Bangalore Urban, India.

Experience Required : 5 - 7 Years.

Key Responsibilities :


- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, etc.) to meet business needs.


- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and design optimal financial solutions.


- Conduct workshops, prepare functional specifications, and ensure seamless integration with other modules/systems.


- Perform system testing, UAT support, and end-user training.


- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Oracle Fusion Financials, ensuring minimal downtime.


- Stay updated with Oracles quarterly updates and implement relevant new features.


- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Projects, HR, etc.) for process alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications :


- 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials implementation and support.


- Strong expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.


- Experience with Finance B2B and ERP SaaS modules from the Cloud.


- Understanding of finance processes, accounting principles, and statutory compliance.


- Ability to create functional documents, test scripts, and configuration guides.


- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


- Oracle certification in Fusion Financials (preferred but not mandatory).
