Role Summary :

We are seeking a talented Platform Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our internal developer platform, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and security. Success in this position means enabling our development teams to efficiently build, test, and deploy their applications. This role is crucial for streamlining our development processes and improving overall productivity.


Role : Platform Engineer


Experience : 4+ years


Location : Remote


Duration : 6 months and rolling


Budget : 1lpm


Shift : EMEA (11 : 30 AM to 9 : 30 PM IST)


Responsibilities :


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

- 3+ years of experience in software development, infrastructure engineering, or a related role.

- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).

- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).

- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Java).

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.


Desirable Experience :


- Experience building and maintaining internal developer platforms.

- Experience with API design and development.

- Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).

- Experience with security best practices and compliance requirements.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Contributions to open-source projects.
