Job Title : Python Automation with AWS

Experience : 7 - 9 Years

Location : Bangalore

Notice period : Immediate joiner/July joiners

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, develop, and maintain automation scripts in Python using AWS SDK (Boto3) for services including Lambda, EC2, CloudWatch, and others

- Build and deploy serverless functions (AWS Lambda) to automate workflows, handle events, and integrate with API Gateway, S3, and DynamoDB

- Provision and manage EC2 instances, configure auto-scaling groups, security groups, and network settings via scripts or IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation) .

- Set up CI/CD pipelines for Python-based applications using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline

- Monitor and log infrastructure and application performance using CloudWatch, and develop alarms and dashboards for proactive alerting .

- Troubleshoot deployment and runtime issues; iterate on enhancements to elevate system stability and efficiency.

- Document processes, maintain clean and testable code, and guide best practices across the engineering team.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python automation in AWS environments, including both Lambda and EC2

- Deep understanding of the AWS ecosystem : Lambda, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM

- Proficiency with Boto3 and Python scripting to automate cloud tasks

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD frameworks
