Python Developer - Linux/Django

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Development :

- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.

- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Integrate third-party services, APIs, and databases efficiently.

Database & Storage :

- Work with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.

- Optimize queries and ensure data security and integrity.

Automation & Scripting :

- Write automation scripts for data processing, ETL pipelines, or testing workflows.

- Develop tools to streamline internal processes and improve operational efficiency.

Testing & Debugging :

- Write and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and documentation.

- Debug and resolve issues in code, APIs, or server environments quickly and efficiently.

Collaboration :

- Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver seamless solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.

Required Skills & Competencies :

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python programming.

- Experience with at least one web framework: Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.

- Good understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, and algorithms.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.

- Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

- Ability to work in a deadline-driven, collaborative environment.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
