RSA G&L Implementation Engineer

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled RSA Governance & Lifecycle (G&L) Implementation Engineer with a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and a proven track record in software consulting or IT services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in RSA G&L (formerly Aveksa) implementation, a solid grasp of IAM/IGA concepts, and the ability to effectively engage with clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end RSA G&L solutions tailored to client environments.

- Conduct workshops and client sessions to understand business requirements and map them to technical solutions.

- Configure and customize RSA G&L components including access requests, approvals, roles, rules, and workflows.

- Integrate RSA G&L with various enterprise systems such as LDAP, Active Directory, databases, HR systems, and application servers.

- Perform upgrades, health checks, and tuning of RSA G&L infrastructure.

- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements post-deployment.

- Document technical architecture, configurations, deployment guides, and support documentation.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 2-10 years of experience in software consulting or IT services with a focus on Identity and Access Management.

- Proven hands-on experience with RSA Governance & Lifecycle (G&L) product (formerly Aveksa).

- Strong technical consulting background with experience in customer-facing roles.

- Deep understanding of IAM/IGA principles, access governance, and identity lifecycle management.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
