Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Development & Customization: Design, develop, and customize robust Salesforce applications utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative configuration tools (e.g., Flows).

CPQ/Revenue Cloud/Sales Cloud Expertise: Work extensively on Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or Sales Cloud, demonstrating a deep understanding of Product Catalogue implementation and related functionalities.

Automation Migration: Lead and execute the migration of legacy automations to Flow-first architectures, leveraging Salesforce's declarative capabilities.

DevOps & CI/CD: Utilize expertise with Gearset, SFDX, and Salesforce DevOps Center (or equivalent tooling) to implement and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines. Ensure proficiency in CI/CD practices using Git-based version control and PR workflows.

Environment & Deployment Management: Configure and manage Salesforce sandbox environments effectively. Apply a strong understanding of Salesforce metadata architecture, change sets, and deployment automation to ensure smooth and reliable releases.

Data & Security: Implement hands-on experience with data masking, rollback strategies, and automated backup tooling. Apply familiarity with security hardening principles, including RBAC, CRUD/FLS validation, health checks, and IRPs.

Requirements & Solution Design: Collaborate actively with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, design scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions, and implement features that directly align with business goals.

Testing & Deployment: Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and efficient deployment of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to production environments.

Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of Salesforce best practices, technical architecture, and implemented solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience: 5+ years of dedicated Salesforce development experience.

Salesforce Core: Deep expertise in Apex, Flows, SOQL, and Lightning (LWC, Aura components).

DevOps Tooling: Proficient in Gearset, SFDX, and Salesforce DevOps Center or equivalent tooling (e.g., Copado, AutoRABIT).

CI/CD: Strong understanding and practical experience with CI/CD practices using Git-based version control and PR workflows.

Environment Management: Proven experience configuring and managing sandbox environments.

Deployment Expertise: Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata architecture, change sets, and deployment automation.
