Salesforce Developer - Apex/LWC

Role : Salesforce Developer -

Experience : 5 Years.

- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Flows, SOQL, Lightning).

- Deep expertise with Gearset, SFDX, and Salesforce DevOps Center or equivalent tooling.

- Proficiency in CI/CD practices using Git-based version control and PR workflows.

- Experience configuring and managing sandbox environments.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata architecture, change sets, and deployment automation.

- Proven experience migrating legacy automations to Flow-first architectures.

- Hands-on experience with data masking, rollback strategies, and automated backup tooling.

- Familiarity with security hardening: RBAC, CRUD/FLS validation, health checks, and IRPs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and configuration tools.

- Work extensively on Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or Sales Cloud with a deep understanding of Product Catalogue implementation.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and implement features that align with business goals.

- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and deployment of enhancements or new features.

- Maintain and document Salesforce best practices and technical architecture.
