Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer - Apex/LWC

Role : Salesforce QA Engineer

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in testing Salesforce-based applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, excellent testing skills, and familiarity with automation tools. This role will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of Salesforce applications across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities :

- Design and execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce applications.

- Review business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documents to understand the system.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.

- Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, Apex classes/triggers, Lightning components, and third-party integrations.

- Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Provar, or TestNG.

- Report, track, and validate defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.

Requirements :

- 5 to 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Software Testing, with at least 3+ years in Salesforce testing.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Experience, and custom objects.

- Strong experience with test case design, test execution, and defect management.

- Proficiency in using tools like Selenium, Provar, UFT, or similar automation tools.

- Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or SOAP UI.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or TestRail.

- Good understanding of CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins or Git.

- Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Administrator or QA-related certifications.

- Experience in automation frameworks and scripting (Java, Python).

- Exposure to performance testing is a plus.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills : Selenium Java Python Automation Testing Salesforce Apex.
