We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Migration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Basis administration, with hands-on expertise in SAP system migrations, HANA implementation, and system operations across diverse SAP landscapes. This role demands deep technical proficiency, a collaborative mindset, and excellent communication skills to work effectively with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and execute SAP system migrations across ECC, BW, CRM, EP, SCM, SRM, PI, BO, BI, Fiori, TREX, and Solution Manager environments.

- Perform end-to-end SAP installations, upgrades, and OS/DB migrations on Unix, Linux, and Windows platforms.

- Administer and support both SAP ABAP and Java stacks.

- Ensure high availability and optimal performance of SAP systems in production environments.

- Perform SAP HANA administration, including setup, configuration, monitoring, and performance tuning.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Basis administration and operations.

- Proven experience in 2 to 3 end-to-end SAP migration projects.

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP installations, upgrades, and system copies.

- Expertise in operating systems : Unix, Linux, Windows.

- Database proficiency : HANA, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, MaxDB, Sybase.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP HANA administration, migration, and implementation.

- Excellent troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP Certifications in NetWeaver, OS/DB Migration, or HANA Administration.

- Experience working with global customers in an offshore/onshore delivery model.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
