Roles & Responsibilities :

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead the development team to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Make key decisions for the team and ensure alignment with broader project goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.

- Provide scalable and efficient solutions to technical challenges across multiple teams.

- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to uplift team capabilities and foster continuous learning.

- Monitor project milestones and ensure timely delivery of application development tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills :

- Must-Have : Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development

- Strong grasp of application design principles and development methodologies

- Hands-on experience with cloud-based application development and deployment

- Familiarity with SAP integration tools and techniques

- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently

Additional Information :

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in SAP BTP Application Development

- This role is based at our Mumbai office

- Candidates must have completed 15 years of full-time education
