We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in SAP FICO, specifically within Product Costing and Production Order Control, to analyze, optimize, and implement solutions that drive efficiency and support our business objectives. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams in a remote (onshore/nearshore) environment. Key Responsibilities :


- Business Process Analysis and Optimization : Analyze existing finance-related business processes, particularly in the areas of Product Costing and Production Order Control, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement leveraging SAP FICO functionalities.

- SAP FICO Solution Design and Implementation : Lead and participate in the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP FICO solutions, with a strong emphasis on Product Costing (e.g., standard costing, variance analysis, cost object controlling) and Production Order Control (e.g., order creation, confirmation, settlement).

- Requirements Gathering and Collaboration : Work closely with business users across various departments to understand their requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure alignment with SAP best practices.

- End-User Support and Training : Provide comprehensive end-user support, including troubleshooting issues, developing user documentation, and conducting training sessions to ensure effective utilization of SAP FICO functionalities.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with other functional teams (e.g., SAP MM, SD, PP) and technical teams (e.g., ABAP developers, Basis) to ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO solutions with other modules and systems.

- System Testing, Validation, and Deployment : Participate in all phases of system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Ensure thorough validation of implemented solutions and contribute to successful deployment activities.

- Stay Updated with SAP Best Practices : Continuously learn and stay abreast of the latest SAP FICO functionalities, industry best practices, and technological advancements to provide innovative and effective solutions.


Required Qualifications :


- Years of Experience : 58 years of hands-on experience working with SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) modules in implementation, configuration, and support roles.


- Product Costing and Production Order Control Expertise : Proven strong knowledge and demonstrable implementation experience specifically within SAP Product Costing (CO-PC) and

Production Order Control (CO-PC-PCP). This includes a deep understanding of cost components, cost centers, profit centers, internal orders, variance analysis, settlement processes, and related master data.


- Finance Domain Experience : Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles, preferably with experience working within a manufacturing or production environment.


- Familiarity with standard costing methodologies and production planning processes is highly desirable.

- SAP MM Advantage : Familiarity with SAP MM (Materials Management) processes and its integration with SAP FICO, particularly in areas such as inventory valuation and goods movements, is a significant advantage.

- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills : Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes, develop effective solutions, and implement them efficiently.

- Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have :


- Nearshore/Onshore Delivery Model Experience : Prior experience working effectively within nearshore or onshore delivery models, demonstrating an understanding of the dynamics and

communication strategies involved.

- Remote Work and International Team Experience : Previous experience working in remote roles and collaborating with international teams, showcasing the ability to manage time effectively and communicate across different time zones and cultures.
