Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end CPQ implementations.

- Analyze business requirements and design scalable CPQ solutions.

- Review and validate the quality, accuracy, and relevance of solutions delivered.

- Communicate with clients using clear, structured, and professional communication.

- Guide junior team members through coaching, mentoring, and delegation.

- Modify behaviors to build strong professional relationships while maintaining high ethical standards.

- Stay current with industry trends and extract insights to deliver better outcomes.

- Support pre-sales or solutioning activities as needed.

Functional Skills Required :

- In-depth experience in Quote-to-Cash / CRM-to-ERP cycle management.

- Expertise in Oracle CPQ modules :

• Product Configuration, Rules, Commerce Process, Pricing Setups.
• Document Designer, Reports, Advanced BML queries/formulas.

- Understanding of ATO/PTO model configurations and ERP fulfillment integrations.

- Familiarity with Salesforce/OSC/CRM integration and ABO functionality.

- Hands-on experience in at least 2 full-cycle Oracle CPQ implementations.

- Experience working in Onshore-Offshore delivery models.

- Ability to engage with customers to gather and understand requirements effectively.

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong programming and scripting skills : HTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX.

- Proficient in BML (BigMachines Language) - especially writing advanced BML codes.

- Experience with Document Designer including usage of XSL snippets.

- Knowledge of ABO package installation/modification.

- Web service integration expertise (SOAP/REST) with ERP/CRM systems.

- Experience in Salesforce integration.

- Proficiency in preparing technical designs, documents, and specifications.
