Job Summary :

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across the entire technology stack. Youll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver best-in-class fintech solutions, while also leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and feature development.

What Will You Do :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and performant full-stack applications

- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to build robust software solutions

- Ensure high code quality, efficient architecture, and adherence to best practices

- Optimize application performance and scalability, identifying technical bottlenecks and resolving issues

- Leverage AI tools to accelerate development workflows and integrate intelligent features

- Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, CI/CD pipelines, and release planning

Requirements :

Technical Skills :

- Front-End : Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, Material UI, Ant Design

- Back-End : Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot

- Databases : Proficient with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar

- DevOps & Tools : Familiar with AWS, Jenkins, Maven, Git, Redis, JUnit, Webpack, ViteJS

- Architecture : Understanding of microservices, OOP, server-side rendering (SSR), and static site generation (SSG)

- Experience : 5+ years of experience in full-stack development

- Strong background in Agile environments and CI/CD pipelines

- Ownership mindset with ability to work independently

- Willingness to work 6 days a week if required
