We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and Azure Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of microservices, API development, and scalable architectures. A commitment to clean code, engineering excellence, and delivery in a hybrid work setup is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js.

- Build robust, secure, and reusable RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.).

- Collaborate with DevOps and architecture teams to set up CI/CD pipelines and follow cloud-native practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with performance tuning.

- Follow best practices around code quality, testing, and secure coding.

- Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and Agile ceremonies.

- Ensure adherence to timelines and delivery standards with a focus on security and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java (Spring Boot) and React.js.

- Proven experience with Microsoft Azure or other public cloud platforms.

- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and JSON.

- Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes preferred).

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Experience with unit testing, code coverage tools, and code quality metrics.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Must be Background Verification (BGV) Ready.

Work Arrangement :

Hybrid Model : Candidate must be available to work onsite 2-4 times per month. Strong internet connection and remote setup required for hybrid engagement.
