Job Title : Senior React.js Developer

Experience : 4 to 8 years

Location : Manyata Tech Park Bangalore, Hybrid mode (3 days in office)

Role & Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain dynamic, responsive web applications using React JS, ensuring high performance and usability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend engineers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to deliver seamless solutions.

- Implement state management using Redux or similar libraries to optimize application performance.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and maintain best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.

- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services to support robust front-end functionalities.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability in alignment with agile methodologies.

Skills & Qualifications :

Must-Have :

- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in front-end development with a strong proficiency in React JS.

- Solid experience with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.

- Proficiency in state management tools such as Redux, MobX, or Context API.

- Strong command over version control systems, especially Git, and a good understanding of agile methodologies.

- Experience with modern front-end build tools and workflows (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).

Preferred :

- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.

- Exposure to TypeScript and progressive web app (PWA) development.
