Required Skills :

Backend Skill :

- Python 3.x

- Django (preferred) or Flask

- Django Rest Framework (DRF)

- WebSockets (e.g., Django Channels or Socket.IO)

- Integration with real-time communication tools (Zoom SDK, WebRTC)

- PostgreSQL or MySQL

- Redis (caching/sessions)

- REST APIs with JWT/OAuth2 authentication

Frontend Skills :

- React.js (preferred), or Vue.js / Angular

- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

- WebRTC / Zoom / Webex SDK integration

- Real-time chat/notifications UI (using WebSockets or Pusher)

- Responsive design using Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS

DevOps / Deployment :

- Docker

- Nginx + Gunicorn

- CI/CD with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/CD

- Experience with AWS, DigitalOcean, or equivalent cloud platforms

- Git for version control

Qualifications :

- Minimum 4 years of experience as a software developer.

- Strong knowledge of B2B campaign types.

- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

- Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zones).

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (KRA) :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and Django/Flask.

- Build and integrate REST APIs with secure authentication mechanisms like JWT and OAuth2.

- Implement real-time communication features using WebSockets, WebRTC, or SDKs like Zoom/Webex.

- Develop dynamic, responsive, and interactive UIs using React.js or other modern frontend frameworks.

- Optimize database operations using PostgreSQL/MySQL and enhance performance with Redis caching.

- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to security best practices (SQLi, XSS, CSRF prevention).

- Manage deployment processes with Docker, Nginx, Gunicorn, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams for smooth deployments on AWS, DigitalOcean, or equivalent platforms.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while maintaining system uptime and performance.

- Document technical processes, code, and system architecture for future scalability.

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align development with B2B campaign requirements.

- Deliver projects within deadlines while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
