Senior Specialist - Genesys

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Genesys to design implement and optimize Genesysbased solutions for enterpriselevel contact centers.

Job Description :

- Work as a subject matter expert in Genesys providing technical guidance and best practices for solution design and deployment

- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to configure and integrate Genesys platforms tailored to business requirements

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Genesys deployments focusing on system optimization and operational efficiency

- Stay current with the latest Genesys features releases and industry trends to ensure solutions remain uptodate and competitive

- Support the evaluation and adoption of new Genesys modules or enhancements based on evolving business needs

- Participate in technical discussions workshops and knowledge sharing sessions to foster team development.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation and upgrade of Genesys solutions across multiple projects

- Serve as the primary technical advisor for Genesysrelated initiatives ensuring alignment with organizational objectives

- Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to translate business needs into effective Genesys solutions

- Review and validate technical designs to ensure scalability security and compliance with standards

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Genesys platforms in a timely manner

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on Genesys integrations and advanced functionalities

- Document solution architectures configurations and best practices for future reference

- Engage in continuous learning and contribute to the overall knowledge base of the Genesys skill cluster family.
