Site Reliability Engineer - IT Infrastructure Monitoring

Were Hiring | Site Reliability Engineer.

Experience : 3 years.

Location : Hyderabad.

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days.

Responsibilities :

- Monitor and maintain the reliability and performance of SaaS applications.

- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues in collaboration with engineering teams.

- Participate in application deployments, upgrades, and infrastructure monitoring.

- Support defect tracking efforts and work with engineers to close issues.

- Collaborate with other SREs on best practices for reliability and performance.

- Document support procedures, runbooks, and incident reports.

- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing with both internal teams and customers.

Qualifications :

- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

- Basic understanding of cloud technologies and modern application deployments.

- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular V 8 and Java V 11).

- Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Experience in defect tracking processes is a plus.

- Willing on work on oncall / shift on rotation basis.
