Job Title : Sustenance Engineer (Lead Full Stack Developer)

Job Overview :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Sustenance Engineer (Full Stack Developer) to support and enhance existing systems while ensuring stability and scalability. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development, middleware/API integration, and modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Full Stack Development : Design, develop, and maintain scalable Web & Middleware applications using technologies like JavaScript, NodeJS, Vue, React, GoLang, Java 11+, and/or Python.

- API & Integration : Build and maintain RESTful APIs, and implement complex integrations using GRPC, WebSocket, and SIP technologies.

- Database Management : Create and optimize schemas, manage data integrity, and work with both SQL (Postgres, MySQL, ClickHouse) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase) databases.

- DevOps & Deployment : Contribute to Kubernetes-based CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless deployment and scalability of applications.

- Real-Time Systems : Develop and support real-time communication and data exchange systems.

- Performance & Security : Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of applications and services.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices to enhance product performance and maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in full stack development.

Strong knowledge of :

- Frontend : JavaScript, jQuery, React, Vue

- Backend : NodeJS, GoLang, Java, Python

- Middleware & Integration : GRPC, WebSocket, SIP

- Databases : SQL & NoSQL systems

- Experience with DevOps tools and Kubernetes-based CI/CD.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred).

- Familiarity with tools like Kafka, Redis, and Talend is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Bachelor's or Masters in Computer Science or a related field.
