Skills (Required) :

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in PHP Development.

- Proven Team Lead Experience, including leading development teams, mentoring, and project oversight.

- Strong proficiency in the PHP programming language.

- Extensive hands-on experience with the Symfony Framework.

- Deep understanding of web application architecture and design patterns.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of PHP developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

- Provide technical guidance and architectural direction for application design and development using PHP and Symfony.

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient web applications using PHP and the Symfony framework.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to standards, and best practices.

- Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and other teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.

- Manage development tasks, timelines, and resources within the team.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and production problems.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Security testing methodologies and tools.

- Experience with Security enhancement and developing approaches towards enhancing application security.

- Experience with PHP version upgrades.

- Experience with Continuous Deployment (CD) practices and tools.

- Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) and CI/CD pipelines.
