Technical Lead - ETL/SQL

Job Title : Technology Lead ETL/SQL.

Experience : 6 to 8+ years.

Location : Hyderabad / Chennai / Pune / Bangalore / Gurgaon.

Role Overview.

We are looking for an experienced Technology Lead (ETL/SQL) with strong expertise in SQL, ETL processes, and Microsoft Business Intelligence tools.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing ETL workflows, ensuring high-performance data integration, and driving data validation & reconciliation activities.

Key Responsibilities.

- Lead and deliver ETL solutions for large-scale data transformation and integration projects.

- Design, develop, and optimize ETL workflows using SQL and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).

- Implement data validation, reconciliation, and error handling frameworks to ensure data quality.

- Work with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) for data visualization and reporting.

- Perform performance tuning of ETL processes and SQL queries to achieve efficiency and scalability.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Strong expertise in SQL programming and ETL tools.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft BI stack SSIS, SSRS.

- Proficiency in data transformation, validation, and reconciliation frameworks.

- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries and ETL workflows.

- Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts and best practices.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration issues.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services) or other BI/Analytics tools.

- Knowledge of cloud-based ETL/BI platforms (Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, etc.

- Experience in working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 6 to 8+ years of experience in ETL/SQL development and data integration.
