Job Description :

We are seeking a Technology Lead Java Full Stack with strong technical expertise and leadership capability to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate must be experienced in Java, Spring Framework, Angular, and Microservices, and capable of driving secure, scalable enterprise-level solutions.

Mandatory Skills :

- Java (1.8 or above) 5 to 8 years of experience.

- Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring JPA, Hibernate 4 to 6 years.

- Microservices Architecture 5+ years.

- Angular (v4+) with TypeScript 3 to 5 years.

- JavaScript & jQuery Minimum 4 years.

- SQL/Relational Databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server) 4 to 6 years.

- Build Tools & CI/CD Maven, ANT, Hudson.

- Version Control SVN and Git.

- Unit Testing Frameworks JUnit.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Lead and drive full-stack development across Java and Angular technologies.

- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot code-related issues, and guide team members.

- Implement secure coding practices (OWASP, session handling, encryption).

- Work with distributed systems and ensure scalable, high-performance applications.

- Own build and release processes using standard CI/CD tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and product.

Secondary / Good-to-Have Skills :

- JBPM (Java Business Process Management).

- Knowledge of security tools and static/dynamic scans.

- Proficiency in design patterns and architectural best practices.

- Domain Experience Financial Services / Life Insurance preferred.

Educational Qualification : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
