Technical Lead - Python/AWS

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable cloud-based solutions on AWS.

- Drive technical excellence and provide architectural guidance for projects involving AWS, Python, and potentially Java/Node.js.

- Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

- Ensure the security, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of cloud infrastructure and applications.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.

Mandatory Skills :

- AWS : In-depth expertise across various AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, CloudFormation, etc.).

- Python : Strong proficiency in Python for cloud automation, backend development, and data processing.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Java and/or Node.js development.

- Familiarity with hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

- Knowledge of microservices architecture and designing RESTful APIs.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong analytical mindset.

- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
